Shipping:
There is a postage discount for multiple items. Please see the P&P and Payments tab, or email for details.In all cases, I will always try to keep postage to a minimum, typically you will be charged the exact Royal Mail 1st class service plus 20p-40p for packaging and time. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday), if ordered over the weekend, it will be sent on the next working day.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may appear differently on computer monitors. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your packing note) within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked.
Please note, that return postage will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault with your item or the wrong item has been supplied. We can only replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please contact us through Ebay.
