Shipping:
Shipping timeline: I ship within 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. In most cases, I ship the same day.
USPS & UPS: I ship via USPS (First Class and Priority Mail) or UPS depending on the item and your location. We will choose which is the best and least amount for delivery for you and it may be different than listed in auction. Anything over 250.00 requires signature confirmation with $1.75 extra fee added on invoice.
International Shipping: I ship worldwide.
I am not responsible for any duty taxes or fees for international shipments. Please be aware of any fees/duties within your country.
Even though I ship right away, customs may hold packages. This is beyond my control, and unfortunately I can't help, but I can provide tracking information to see where the package is located.
Policies:
All new merchandise is guaranteed authentic. All new items come from high end department stores.
The items come from a non-smoking and pet free environment.. I list every possible detail I see regarding condition and my feedback shows my customers receive items better than I described them.
Colors are not exactly the same on every computer monitor.
For returns only, if an item is not as described and/or I shipped the wrong item, contact me immediately. The item must be in the same box, same item, same condition with tags or any other 'extras' as described or photographed in the auction. The item must have delivery confirmation and insurance. I will issue a refund once I receive it and once we complete the mutual agreement process through eBay.
