I ship within 3 days and it wont take that long unless I am away.
Policies:
I allow 14 days to contact me to discuss any problems so we can get it fixed. With a return, I do not refund the postage unless the problem was do to a fault by me or a post office problem. I can not just refund postage because I have had problems with people bidding up and buying multiple items just to get them and pick out the best one and try to return the others. So if it is my fault like lost mail or damaged item, then of course I refund 100% including shipping. I am very fair and try to do the best for my customers sometimes to a fault. I make mistakes too so sometimes things just don't go as smooth as we hope, but I do my best to correct these mistakes so that my customers are happy
