BUYING - I am constantly looking for quality unused MNH, OG US stamp inventory including 4 to 6 stamp plate blocks and... bulk postage sheets, strips, panes and lots. For postage, I prefer denominations from 15 cents and up. For plate blocks, I prefer 1 to 10 cent issues. Will pay in most any format but PayPal is preferred.

Smaller orders will ship USPS to the US, First Class Mail and FREE shipping is offered on many listings. Priority and Express Mail services are available options.
Policies:
I accept PayPal only for eBay. For direct purchases, I accept PayPal, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Cashier's Checks but they must be received and cleared prior to release of merchandise. I generally ship within 24 hours. I offer 100% satisfaction with 100% money back for return of any items within 7 days of receipt. Return for refund of any order containing multiple items must contain all items as initially sold. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I also offer replacement for any individual unsatisfactory items but strive to maintain high quality standards to prevent that. On all returns, I must be contacted prior to the return to confirm the nature of the return and insure that it will be handled to the buyer's satisfaction.
