Shipping:
All items ship as soon as the custom made item is complete. Spa covers ship within 5 to 7 business days, Spas ship within 10 business days. Spas and Spa Covers are considered oversized items, so we cannot offer expedited shipping on these items. However, most items deliver within 5 business days from the date they are shipped.
Policies:
Spa covers are custom made to your specification, so please measure carefully. They cannot be returned if measurements are not correct. Spas can be returned to our facility in Tennessee within 14 business days, but the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return. The item should be insured against shipping damages; we will not accept damaged freight. Credit will be issued when the item is received by us in new condition, less our original shipping charges. The cost of shipping to return spas is very high, so please call us with any questions before bidding.
