    About Us:
    Hey all, thanks for dropping by our about me page. Here we'll give you a bit more information about what we're about! which-era started in September 2010, and is run by me, Gareth. We sell mainly second hand clothes, vintage electrical goods and collectable ornaments. You will also find books, magazines, accessories, games, toys in our eBay shop, and other bits and bobs from time to time.
    We are committed to offering fantastic service to all of our customers, please have a look at our feedback to see what our customers have to say about us! If something goes wrong (and, let's face it, we all make mistakes sometimes) we always make every effort to put things right. I hope this is what brings our customers back to us time and time again.
    Another thing that is important to us is the quality of our goods. We are very much against fakes on eBay (or anywhere else for that matter) and because of this we carefully vet each item that comes to us before listing it. If we aren't sure, we don't sell it. Simple as that. We also try to make sure that items are in excellent second hand condition, and that any flaws or damage is explained in the listing. Add to that our no quibble returns policy, and we hope that everyone can shop with confidence with us!

    Shipping:
    We post every day from Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, to be with you within 5 to 7 (outside the UK this will of course take longer). We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible and always offer a combined shipping discount (on enquiry). Our postage costs cover packaging materials, time and labour to pack and post the items, and the actual postage costs, and we feel they are reasonable (we don't profit from our postage charges, unlike many others).
    Policies:
    Returns - Hopefully you will be chuffed with your which-era purchases, but if you do need to make a return then don't worry, we have a no quibble 7 day return policy. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition in which you received it, for a full refund of the sale price plus initial postage cost. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This does not apply to underwear or certain jewellery for hygiene reasons, though if they are faulty on arrival they will of course be replaced or you will be refunded in full.
