All items are dispatched within 1 working day from payment, all items are securely and carefully packed and dispatched in person from my Post Office (I'm a Postmistress) via either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class mail.
We keep proof of posting for all items and guarantee every customer will receive their goods, or a full refund should an item get lost in the postal system.
