All of our balloons are brand new and MOST come in a sealed package. Many are bought in bulk and we repackage them in our warehouse. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN USED! ALL are helium quality and come to you flat and ready for you to add the air or helium.

We ship ALL of our items free of charge by USPS 1st class shipping Monday through Friday.
Policies:
All items sold by Party All The Time Balloons are new unless NOTED. We are a licensed wholesaler/retailer. We operate out of a retail store and warehouse.
Candy is NOT returnable according to Alabama State Health Law.
We accept returns on all other items within 14 days of purchase. Returns are accepted ONLY if item is still in an UNUSED condition in ORIGINAL UNOPENED packaging with tags attached where applicable.

Tax Information:
We are required by the State of Alabama, to collect taxes on any purchase made within the State. That amount is 7.5 percent.
