Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or Bank holidays).
All items will be shipped by Royal Mail(1st class/2nd class) or My Hermes(tracked), and will take circa 2 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive with customers (MAINLAND UK addresses only).
We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses for multiple bids using PayPal. Payment will be refunded (PayPal payment) for unacceptable multiple orders, and in addition those orders will also be cancelled from eBay.
If there is a sizeable delay in your units arriving please contact us as we can provide the tracking number. However, please allow at least 5 working days after payment before contacting us.

Refund will be for the item sale price less postage. If in the unlikely event your item is faulty upon receipt simply return it to us within 14 days, once we have confirmed the fault we will offer a replacement or refund in full (including all postage costs).
