We ship most orders by FedEx, UPS or USPS. We process and ship all orders within 1 business day. The INSURANCE is included in the shipping.
We ONLY ship to 48 Continental US States for FREE (includes insurance)
We do not accept any responsibility for shipments whose status appears to be "DELIVERED" in the FedEx, UPS or USPS tracking systems. The insurance can only be applied to the missing packages whose tracking status appears otherwise.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days of the item(s) delivery.
Items must be in their original condition. We will not reimburse the return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
