All products are shipped from Hong Kong directly. We will ship our products by airmail, please allow 7-25 business days to Australia ,US ,UK ,Canada for delivery after payment have been cleared. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are intact. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only. Or if the product was sent to you in error by our staff.All Shipping and Handling cost will not be refunded. If product are not found defective, buyer need to bear the postage cost for posting back the item(s). Returning charger is covered by buyer, we will cover the charge for reshipment.
