Shipping:
Shipping rates are based on the item weight, size and shape and is usually between 7-15% of the original purchase price. Please call us so we can discuss shipping rates with you before purchasing, depending on the quantity of items you are purchasing and the distance we are shipping, there might be room for negotiating. Small Shipments are shipped between 7-10 business days and larger shipments please allow 3-4 or in some cases 6-8 weeks. There is a mandatory insurance fee quoted by the carrier.

Return Policy
We must be notified of a return within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping charges back and we do not refund the original shipping fee.
The arrangement of shipping on your behalf must be completed within 14 days of receipt of your item or Sipe’s Tahoe has the right to refuse the return with no refund.
Buyers are subject to a 10% restocking fee at a minimum of $10.00 for any returned item. Your refund will be issued net of this restocking fee and original shipping charge.
