We accept returns for defective merchandise, within our 14 day return policy. Please note that items must be in original condition as purchased. If the shrink-wrap has been removed, damaged or a new item has been removed from its packaging, we won't accept returns for these items. Certain items come with exceptions but will be clearly noted in the item description. Please contact us by e-mail if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
