All items are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of cleared payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays) any other exceptions will be clearly displayed on our listings. We aim to dispatch quickly.

Feedback is very important for any business. Please leave feedback once you receive your item and you are satisfied with it. In case you are not satisfied please do not leave neutral or negative feedback. Please contact us we will either refund or exchange the item.
RETURNS
If you find the item faulty please contact us within 10 days of dispatch. Items should be returned in an unused condition with packing and tags intact. We shall replace the item or refund the cost of item if a similar item is not available. Please note the original postage cost will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.
