Will shipping to anywhere in the U.S.A. , Puerto Rico , Guam , and all other US Territories. All shipments are made via United States Postal Service either by First Class with delivery confirmation.

Brand New product that is returned for refund or exchange must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from us. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than above condition will not be exchanged or refunded.
All damaged/ defective items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving the items and returned items must be as the same condition as received.
Defective products must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order.
It may take up to 7~14 working days to process the returned item after we receive it.
