Packing Time
We know you want your purchases as quickly as possible, so we will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day. (Same day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm). Orders placed after 2pm can not be guaranteed to leave same day although all effort will be made to do so when possible. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Combined Postage
We are happy to combine postage on extra quantities or any of our other items where ever possible, however please ask prior to placing bid if you plan to purchase more than 3 items to ensure they will fit into a postage satchel. An adjusted invoice will then be sent to you and item with highest postage will apply and the postage will be wiped from the other items purchased.

Returns
All of our products are covered by a 30 day returns policy. A returned item must be undamaged and unused and in its original undamaged packaging. Original shipping costs can not be refunded and buyer must return item at buyers expense. If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service, and we will try to respond to you within 24 hours.
