If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact me and return the item in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. I will issue a refund (minus postage costs) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Unless the item I have sent you is faulty or not what you ordered you will have to pay the return postage.
