Shipping:
We pack and dispatch 99% of items within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. We often pack and disptach items same-day. We use professional packing materials and comply with all courier packing guidelines to minimise any chance of damage during shipping. Our quoted postage & packing charges are not negotiable. They are based on the weight and nature of the item and include:
1. The cost of using a postal service or courier
2. The cost of the packing materials used for the item
3. The cost of staff time taken to pack and ship the item
4. VAT at the current rate.
If you buy several items at the same time we can usually offer a discount on the combined shipping charge. There are a few instances where this is not possible due to the size or nature of the items. We do not include postal insurance as standard. We always offer insurance as an option where possible. We are always happy to quote for enhanced postal insurance and/or recorded delivery options.
