Dragonfly Bead Company was started after we sold our unrelated "brick & mortar" business. That left us with a lot of time on our hands. Our daughter was selling beads on-line before her career took off and that got us started! I have always loved beads since, as a child, my great-aunt gave me a beaded purse. I was fascinated with the beautiful iridescent beads. My husband also loved beads. We would spend hours going to bead shows and searching on-line wholesale companies for the perfect beads.
