If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage.

Items weighing up to 1kg - sent by 2nd Class Post - charged at cost plus packing fee.
Items weighing 1kg to 2kg - sent by Royal Mail Parcel service - charged at cost and packing fee
Items weighing over 2kg - sent by Parcelforce/City Link/Fastway Couriers depending on your location - charged at cost plus £1 picking and packing fee
We always combine orders if you buy more than one item - the cost will be based on the above weight criteria plus packing fee.
