About Our Auctions:
All items we sell are selected with care, come from a non-smoking home and are carefully stored until they can be sent to their new owners. We also pack carefully and mail daily so that your item comes to you unharmed and in a very timely manner.

Shipment Information:
We use USPS for light packages and FedEx for heavier or bulkier items. We use USPS to international locations. We instruct all carriers to notify our customers with a tracking number by email.
If you have specific shipping or packaging requests, please clear them by emailing before bidding and every effort will be made to accommodate you, although some requests may require additional fees. A nominal handling fee is charged on all items.
We normally ship within one business day of receipt of payment.

Returns Policy:
All sales are final, unless the item received differs significantly from the description or condition noted in the auction. If this occurs, we accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned within 10 days of the close of the auction in the same condition as when shipped.
Offers:
We will consider “reasonable” offers on some items offered through our eBay store. Beginning prices of these items are adjusted routinely and are designed to be “close” to the lowest amount we will accept. Extremely low offers and offers that include a request for free shipping will probably be rejected immediately.
