To ensure that your purchase was a successful shopping experience, we offer an exchange program for all items bought using the Buy it Now or Fixed Price option.
Auction Items are NOT subject for return.
Item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days from when you received it.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for returning the item to us and the shipping charges for sending the new item back to you. We are not responsible if items do not arrive to us, so we suggest you insure your package.
Item must be returned in original condition with tags and original packaging intact. Any sign of wear or smoke will be unacceptable, and the item will sent back to you.
