This is the first time we are offering our Bleuette sized alphabet table and spelling chairs to purchase as a set at a savings of $5. Our wooden kits with cardstock paper graphics to cover the table top and chair seat and back are faithful replicas of toys produced around 1890 by Reed and Bliss in the USA. Paper covered toys of this type were so popular then as the printing process for making the beautiful and colorful graphics was just coming into it's prime. The printing process is called chromolithography and it was used extensively for not only toys, but games and block sets too. Jean and Ken Nordquist paper covered wooden kits are very easy to construct and include complete instructions, supply list, and resources.
