Shipping:
JBS Jewelry Connection ships via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail & Global Priority.
Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat fee of $7.49 for shipping & handling for the first item and $2.49 for each additional item that has been combined upon checkout. Priority mail is 3-5 business days.
USPS Express Mail is available to US residents upon checkout for a flat fee of $18.49 for the first item and $4.49 for each additional item that has been combined upon checkout. Express mail is 1-2 business days.
Policies:
We will accept returns for exchange, credit or refund within the first 7 days from the item's recieved date and only with a pre approval RMA #.(Email request) Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or the item is in used condition we will not accept. Shipping costs are non refundable. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less S&H.
