I N S P I R A T I O N

I painted President Barack Obama out of pride for our country and respect for our history. 

I believe that President Lincoln not only inspired our country but also had an influence on President Obama’s values.  President Lincoln was a man of great compassion and wisdom. 

Prior to his inauguration when Mr. Obama took the train through the east coast 

I knew that he was the inspired man our country needed.  When Mr. Obama chose for his inauguration the same bible used by Abraham Lincoln . . . no words could describe what I felt.

I named my painting Inspiration – from one president to another.
