Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have 15 days to return or exchange any item. However, returned items must be new, in its original packaging and in unworn condition.
The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by check. It takes approximately 10 - 15 business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession.
A Return Merchandise Authorize Number is required for returns or exchanges. Please follow the process listed below:
Contact customer service by e-mailing us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Upon authorization you will receive a RMA number. Place this number on a copy of your Packing Slip or on a copy of your Invoice Receipt you received by e-mail and return this sheet with your item.
Pack the item to be returned securely in the original carton.
