Our standard size personalized pillowcases are different from all the rest! Each pillowcase is constructed of 3 coordinating flannel fabrics. The body of the pillowcase (the large section that covers the pillow) is a colorful print/theme fabric. The open edge of the pillowcase is surrounded by a folded band (the cuff), 5" wide, usually in a solid or two-toned matching color. Inserted between the body of the pillowcase and the wide band cuff is a 1" folded strip of fabric, machine-embroidered with a decorative stitch for an added fun touch. As far as we know, this is an exclusive design with us!! Our pillowcases are made from 100% cotton flannel fabric. The inside seams are serged for greater strength. The design-pattern-print on our pillowcases runs horizontally, that is, in landscape. When you lay the pillow on your bed, the pattern can be viewed in landscape. Some of the custom-made pillowcases being shown on-line have the design-pattern-print running vertically and you would have to stand the pillow on its end in order to view and enjoy the design-pattern-print! We personalize with machine embroidery, any name, phrase, date, etc., for you at no extra charge! The name/wording is professionally embroidered on the wide band of the pillowcase. The capital letters are 1.5 inches high. We have 5 font choices. Our embroidery will not pucker or twist when laundered. We recommend that the pillowcase be laundered in warm or cold water, inside out, to keep the colors and embroidery bright for the longest time. Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry (SAVE ENERGY!).
