Our Business Policies and Services
- Shipping:
- Since we use many different suppliers of items, there can be variances in policies that will be described in the specific listing of the item. Items may be shipped from me locally, York, PA, or from one of the many warehouses employed in many different states including, but not limited to Texas, California & Washington
COMBINED SHIPPING:
When possible, we will combine shipping. Please request a single invoice and when items are being shipped from the same warehouse, we will show a discount on the invoice.

- REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Rest assured, any defective item can be returned within 14 days for an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective or the item is not like described. Every effort is made to describe our items as precisely as possible and we believe in Bargain Prices, therefore to keep costs to a minimum, on general simple exchanges, for example size, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, unless due to our error but we will absorb any restocking fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
In some listings we do ship internationally. Orders that are shipped outside the supplier country might incur custom fees including VAT. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery should they be assessed. If a shipment is refused we will deduct all fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.

- With the many tax issues that we currently encounter in reguards to internet sales, our general sales tax policy at this time is since we are based in PA, PA residents will be charged a PA sales tax at the current tax rate. If you live in a state that the item is shipped from, eg Texas warehouse to a Texas resident, you will be charged your states sales tax rate.
