I have lots of experience with the fashion business not only in England but in different parts of Europe.
Before I started selling shoes on ebay I was always a shoe “maniac” that’s why all of my shoes and boots are chosen carefully as I will not sell anything that I would not wear myself, before they are advertised I keep one pair for me to try so I can see how strong they are, how they feel and what other people think.
90% of my collection comes from America and my American supplier has their own factory in China, that is why many of the styles can only be seen in my shop, I am happy to answer any questions about my collection and to give you support when needed.

Shipping:
If the payment by paypal or credit card is received before 2pm the item will be sent the same day, please allow seven days for cheques to clear through the bank, all items are sent by recorded or special delivery, if you have not received your item after ten days from when the payment is received please e-mail me and I will give you the post office reference number and a copy of the postage receipt as proof so that you can check with the post office.
Policies:
We do not make any exchange for the wrong size, after you purchase your item if you are not happy you can return the item unworn and in the original packaging by recorded delivery no later than seven days after receipt, but you will be charged 20% for re-stocking, for auction items we will only return the starting price and not the final price, we do not refund the postage costs.
This is our return policy, we do not make any exceptions.
