Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
Orders are processed after funds have been processed successfully through PayPal. All shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail for packages and First Class Mail for Envelopes within 2 days after funds have been received. Shipments should take between 2-9 business days within the U.S. to arrive after they are shipped.
International shipments will accrue additional shipping and handling fees, which will be billed separately through a PayPal invoice. Items will not be shipped until International Handling fees are received.
Policies:
All items bought from Hawaii Adventurers can be returned with no questions asked within 7 days of receipt. Items should be in the same BRAND NEW condition with all accessories, originally boxed and with documentation included. Once the item is inspected, a refund will be given. Before sending, all returns must have a RETURN AUTORIZATION NUMBER (RNA) before it can be accepted. We don’t want your item lost in our inventory. Please contact us through email for an authorized RNA. A 10% restocking fee is accessed to all returned merchandise. All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
