    We at Deejayjewelers, are a 2nd generation family of jewelers, who began learning the 'ins and outs' of the jewelry industry by helping out in our family store. After gaining extensive knowledge and the necessary education, we established our own business in 1981, and have been serving the jewelry industry at the wholesale level for over 25 years. We have built a vast network of retailer clients nationwide over the years and now offer our products directly to the public. Our staff consists of world class jewelry designers and Certified gemologists that inspect each item to ensure our products meet the superior quality that our customers demand and expect.

    We specialize in 14KT gold and diamond jewelry. Our Mens Collection includes wedding bands, diamond rings, diamond bracelets, diamond crosses and dog tags. Our Ladies Collection includes diamond tennis necklaces, diamond rings, enagement rings and gemstone rings. Our line also includes luxurious Geneve brand diamond watches. We stock an exquisite array of jewelry for a fraction of the retail price. We are direct manufacturers, creating many of our items here in the USA. For our more exotic pieces, we directly import gorgeous jewelry from countries such as Italy, Thailand, Singapore and Turkey. With no middleman to gouge the prices, we can sell directly to you at the same prices we offer the Jewelry Industry.

  • Our Business Policies and Services

    Shipping:
    We usually ship within 24hrs of completed payment, Monday - Friday, via UPS 2nd day Preferred only and the majority of our shipments arrive Next Day to most destinations. A signature is required for all deliveries. We do not ship to unconfirmed Paypal addresses, gift or work addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. APO addresses may contact us regarding shipping policy for US Military. International customers please contact us regarding shipping policies, as jewelry shipments are charged customs and brokerage fees.
    Policies:
    Customer Service Policy: We offer a 7 day money back refund if you are not satisfied for any reason, (less shipping and handling charges). Items must be in original condition, with no resizing or modifications and tags still attached. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item to authorize refund and obtain R.A.N (return authorization number). No returns without prior authorization. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to obtain money back refund. Item must be shipped back to us with insurance covering full purchase price. Due to the excessive delays and tax charges that may be imposed by customs and excise we do not offer refunds on international shipments and purchases.
