Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
Step It Up Family Shoes ships via United States Postal Service exclusively. We believe the service and price is unbeatable when shipping by USPS. We also highly recommend Priority Mail for domestic shipping which has a normal delivery time of 2 to 3 days anywhere in the continental United States and 3 to 4 days for Hawaii and Alaska as well as Puerto Rico. Step It Up Family Shoes will ship International shipments by Priority International only. The normal delivery time for this service is 4 to 10 days. Sometimes when shipping outside the United States the parcels will be held up in Customs and by using Priority Mail International we are able to track the item after 14 days. We combine shipping on all orders, there is a 4.00 handling fee(already in shipping calculation) included on first pair of shoes, this fee will be deducted on any further purchases. Combined shipping will only be available for three days from initial purchase.
Policies:
Although we have had very little problem with damage in shipping, we also highly recommend the purchase of insurance. If we ship something without insurance and it is lost or damaged during shipment, it will not be repaired or replaced by Step It Up Family Shoes. We are proud to offer some of the finest shoes in the industry. If you are unhappy with your order you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be for invoiced price less shipping and handling. If shoes are sent for an exchange, customer will pay actual shipping charges(no handling fee) for replacement shoes. Shoes must be in original condition to be accepted for returns/exchange(unless defective).
