  • Knitting Stitch Markers -- the Buzz....

Yes!  I had some leftover, drop-dead gorgeous Citrine beads left after my last Rosary Creation.   For those of you who don't know me, I'm Neen, and I make Stitch Markers and Rosaries.  Yes, I know.  Kind of wierd....

But.....in the end I often have small supplies of really nice gemstones and semi-precious gemstones to make into markers!

These lovely stones are larger, about 12mm x 8mm, and topped with a gold plated bead cap.  They are remarkably light for the size, and will comfortably fit up to a 10.5US needle without weighing it down.

Markers are such handy little luxeries--they mark the beginning of a pattern, or the placement of a sleeve--increases, decreases, rounds...lots of ways to use them!  They are beautiful to collect and add to the pleasure of knitting.

Look for well-made, quality markers:  carefully wrapped wire so no 'stickies', heavy duty rings for durability, and a variety of sizes to fit from your sock needles to those afghan monsters tucked away for winter.  Ask questions about the quality of the wiring used, the quality of the beads themselves-- and mine arrive on a no-coil safety pin to attach to your knitting bag-- no more lost markers!

Visit my store, at GoodBoyToby.com for a nice variety of quality markers--and a pix of my dear doggie Toby!
