- You may contact me by e-mail anytime. I usually respond to question/concerns etc within 1 hour, unless of course it's night. Occasionally it may take me up to a day to respond, but that is rare. Questions about the condition/appearance/smell etc products should be asked before bidding on /buying items items. Once you've bid on (and won) / purchased an item please feel free to contact me for whatever requests you might have related to the mailing. Mailings to an address different than that on your paypal account should be brought to my attention before bidding/purchasing to make sure I am aware of it and agree to it. Otherwise, mailings will go to the paypal CONFIRMED listed address. (They will also go there if I do not agree to mail packages to another address if the situation seems strange to me.) If the address is not confirmed your package may be delayed, as I've had problems before with people and their unconfirmed addresses.
