We are a family run business involving the whole family: Sleepy, Snow White, Happy and Grumpy. We absolutely love everything Disney and visit Disneyland Resort at least once a week and WDW once each year for two weeks to trade and just have a great time. We are active pin traders and pin collectors, having our own family pin collection that everybody trades and collects for. Shipping:
We ship every day, Monday through Friday and often on Saturday. Domestic orders will be shipped the same day if the meet the same day guarantee, otherwise they will be shipped the next business day. International orders, due to additional required shipping paperwork, ship on the business day following receipt of payment.
Policies:
If, for ANY reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise and we will provide a full refund if the following requirements are met:
1) Notify us within one week after receipt of intent to return
2) We will immediately send you a prepaid postage label to return the merchandise
3) Return the merchandise within 30 days using the prepaid label
