Items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Most items are shipped prioirty, especially clothing. Most clothing is shipped via USPS Priority envelope or flat-rate box to save the buyer the costs of expensive shipping materials such as boxes.
Policies:
Satisfaction guaranteed on all items unless marked AS IS or No Return. Refund available when seller is contacted within 7 days of buyer's receipt of item. Buyer must contact seller prior to sending item back to arrange refund. Shipping & Handling charges are not refunded. Buyer pays return merchandise shipping unless pre-approved if item is substantially not as described or pictured.
All refunds in the same form as original payment: EXAMPLE PayPal payment is refunded via PayPal.
