I accept Paypal, cashier's check, money order, or personal check (allow 7-10 days to clear before shipping). Refunds (less s/h) are given for items returned within 7 days with advance notice. Combined shipping is applied for multiple items purchased and is typically 50% or more off the 2nd and greater items within one week (plus any applicable insurance charges). If the items are small, (i.e. coin or jewelry), it's only $1.00 for each additional item.
With the Recent USPS rate increases, I have switched to a third party insurance which is a little cheaper and easier to deal with than USPS.
