Ensemble, celebrating it's 10th anniversary in New York City, presents works of 20th and 21st century art created by and for an individual aesthetic, one immune to the marketplace. After years of offering art works in various mediums, Ensemble chose to engage in a concentration, almost exclusively, upon unique works of ceramic art. The scope of this concentration is international. The breadth is all encompassing, from 1880 until today, from Vallombreuse to Bayle, Ohr to Oestreich, Engelhardt to Ehrenreich, Scharvogel to Scheid, Staite Murray to Stair. Works by Aubry, Chapallaz, Cumella, Ploen, Poulsen, Haenen, Maschitti-Lindh and Hedberg have also been offered by Ensemble since the inception of this concentration upon ceramic art.
