Beware that there are many fake, counterfeit MAC brushes circulating on Ebay. Oversea sellers are sellimg mostly fakes. I've seen many US seller that carries them also. Here's are some fake tips. MAC don't make set of brushes in 7,8, or 11 pieces set. They don't come with the black roll up bag. MAC do make sets that comes in 4 or 5, but they are short handle and have during the holidays only. They are designed according to the theme of that year. They come with matching brush bag. Fake have handles are flat. Real MAC have rounded tips. Wordings are smaller and thinner for fake. The smell is strong lacquer. If you think the price is too good to be true then it's a fake. MAC brushes are very durable and soft. Fake ones will fall out after a few wash. Be careful, there're many very good fakes going around. I've encounter a fake that I almost thought it to be real. It comes with the plastic sleeve and UPC code.
