Our business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. We do not answer calls or e-mails after these established business hours (ie; weekends and holidays). If you attempt to contact us and reach our answering machine, or you e-mail us after 5:00 PM, your phone call, or e-mail, will be attended to, promptly, in the order in which it was received on the next business day. Questions emailed to us, which are already answered in the auction description or in our policies, may be responded to by a form e-mail in order to direct bidders where to find the answer to their questions. The detail we use to write our auction descriptions, and in our policies, are meant to serve as a reference for bidders. Most, if not all, questions are answered in those places of reference, so please check the ad FULLY first before you send a question to us.
