Our Business Policies and Services
Shipping:
We ship via USPS .Items are usually shipped out the next business day after the payment is received.In some cases,it may take 2-3 business days for a phone to ship.If a phone is in stock, usually ships a day after payment is received.We always contact the buyer with tracking information of the phone shipped.
Shipping &handling to APO/FPO addresses requires additional $12.00 fee.
Policies:
We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds.
We are not responsible for shipping costs back to us. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process and verify your return. Buyer must receive an RMA# from us in order to ship back the item.
Any unauthorized return or a return not for a valid reason will be subject to a convenience charge. Shipping will not be refunded.
Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report a defect to us. After that, they will have 7 days to shipp it back.
