Shipping:
Items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been received and cleared. The shipping method for each item is listed in the item's description. If you prefer a different method please contact us and we can give you a quote.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items if you did not purchase insurance.
Policies:
We strive for excellent customer service. All items have been described to the best of our ability. Each item has been inspected before packaging, however, if you encounter a problem please contact us immediately via email. If your shipment qualifies for a return, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. We must receive your intent to return within 7 days after receipt of your tracked item. For non-tracked items, intent to return is within 30 days of shipment date. All items returned per our Return Policy may be subject to a Restocking Fee of 10% depending on the condition of the returned item. Restocking fees may be waived for exceptional circumstances.
