    A few years back we downsized our house. What do we do with all the leftovers? Hence the name. So we chose to sell them in doing so, we discovered there was a market for a large variety of old and new items. This was the beginning of our company. So now we bring to you quality new and used merchandise at fair prices. We come across many items in our search for our store's inventory. We would be happy to look for items for you.     Shipping:
    All purchases will be mailed within 2 business days of receiving cleared funds either through Pay Pal or our bank. Some items do have a modest materials and handling charge due to packing materials needed.
    Policies:
    We will be happy to refund purchases if the item was misrepresented by the lister. Please contact us before 7 days with your intent. If you have any questions regarding the item you are thinking of purchasing, please contact us before to make sure the item meets your standards. The buyer is responsible for the cost to mail the items back. We require all item returns to have delivery confirmation. All monies will be returned, minus shipping and handling.
