Shipping:
We take pride in our fast shipping (see feedback) and all items are posted out every working weekday. Most items will be posted by recorded delivery. These will, need to be signed for when delivered.
If you will not be in then please make arrangements for someone to sign or your package will be taken back to your local sorting office. The postie is supposed to leave an out card but we are finding that more and more, this is not the case.
We can also ship, 1st class and guaranteed next day delivery (which will then cost more) please contact me for details or see postage details on the item page.
If you do need a different shipping method then please do let me know
We do ship Worldwide and all international sales will be shipped out by International signed for.
Royal Mail does recommend that you allow 7 days before you receive your item, we have found that it is often a lot quicker than that! They will not investigate claims for lost items before 10 working days.
Policies:
We would like all our customers to be able to shop worry free,so do shop with peace of mind but do also follow the returns policy below.
I will not accept returns if you just “change your mind”
Return postage must be made by the buyer unless the item is faulty.
I will refund as item/s have been returned to me.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition as sent. All labels still fixed and all packaging to be the same.
There must be no strong odours on the item, tobacco smoke etc.
Lastly a note must also be inside from you, stating the reason why it is being returned, your Ebay id and all other relevant details.
Returns must be received back within 14 days from receipt.
I am so sorry if this sounds “over the top” but this is mainly for the minority of buyers as most of my buyers are first class and we do thank you for that!
