Guardian Service Ware Aluminum Cookware Welcome to Cheap Chuck's Antiques. We offer a large selection of Guardian Service Ware and Silver Seal as well as many other brands of fabulous vintage cookware such as Griswold, Wagner, Favorite Piqua, Wapak, Sidney Hollow Ware, Martin, Vollrath, Lodge. All items have been cleaned with natural cleaners and are ready for use. These items are not new, just cleaned up and restored to as close to original condition as possible. Guardian Service Ware and Silver Seal were made by Century Metalcraft Corporation of Los Angeles, California from the mid 1930s until 1956, when the plant burned down. The glass lids I have for sale are the original oven proof lids, not the reproduction knock offs wh ich are not tempered for oven use. These are very durable and very hard to find, however it has been cleaned of all dirt and grime inside and out. We pride ourselves in our cleaning.
