Here at Zebedee's we only ship items that we would be happy to receive ourselves. We take extra steps to ensure the quality of our items is protected by using sturdy cardboard mailers for our LP's, quality bubble mailers for our CD's, and appropriate packaging for our other items, and make our best effort to ensure that you receive a beautiful piece of musical history. Shipping:
Your order will be shipped within 3 days of purchase. Buyer pays shipping and handling costs. We will reduce S&H for multiple purchases, please confirm actual cost before sending payment. If you are requesting shipment to a non-confirmed address, please contact us before bidding. Please use Ebay messaging system for additional instructions rather than regular email.
Policies:
We do our best to accurately describe our items up for sale and we welcome any questions. Buyer's remorse and issues of taste are not acceptable reasons for return. We will accept returns and reimburse return shipping if claim is handled in a timely manner - generally within one week - and meets one of the following conditions
1. Manufacturer's defect on sealed items.
2. Accidental misrepresentation of item on our part. Examples include: incorrectly listing song titles, gatefold, original pressing, number of records in set, or other attributes. Minor grading disputes do not fall into this category. If you feel the condition of the record is significantly different than its stated grade, please contact us.
3. Shipping error or damage. If our shipper damages an insured item so as to significantly change its playability or collectability, please return it so that we can process the damage claim. We are not responsible for damage to uninsured items.
