We try to ship all purchases within 24 hours. Sometimes weekend and holiday purchases will take a little longer. You will receive an email notification when we ship and this email will contain a USPS tracking number. Please take the time to verify that the shipping address shown is correct.
Our shipping amount will contain $1.25 handling charge. The cost of delivery confirmation is included in that handling charge. Rest assured that we package very well and are more than willing to cover the cost of items damaged due to our packaging. But, please keep in mind that we have no control over the package once it is handed over to UPS or the USPS. We recommend the purchase of insurance but that choice is left up to you.
