If there is a problem with the website please contact:[email protected]Refunds & Returns:Returns are accepted only after contacting us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) and letting us know there is a problem. The returned item(s) must be shipped back to us with confirmation, and a RMA# which is supplied by us.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped there is a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card transaction fees. All returns must be in the original condition that we sent them to you, ie., price tags still intact, items still in original packaging. We will not accept a return that does not meet this criteria, this is for the safety of us as well as you.
All of our items are NEW, therefore we do not expect any defects. In the circumstance that there is a problem, we will more than gladly do what is needed to make you happy. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
