For the past twenty some years I have been a general contractor building new homes. Then late in the fall of 2005 things started to slooooooooooooooow down. I had all my money tied up in many new homes and and nothing was selling. So for the next year and a half I did odds and ends to keep myself busy. Then in 2007 I decided to sell a few things on ebay from a boat that I had sold. Then a light went off and I thought I know construction in and out and all the tools that go with it. So I did alot of searching finding alot of dead ends looking for tools to sell, buy after months I found what I was looking for. As you can see from my auction items which are growing weekly things are looking better. But the new houses still sit waiting for buyers.
