This is the custom Bathhouse Billy - all set to get nice and clean in the showers (at least that's what he said he was doing), brand new doll in box with the signature tile and rubber ducky background. Features brunette Billy in a fresh new white bathrobe. Billy is anatomically correct, and then some - he's for adult collectors only. A hard-to-find discovery! The Schiaparelli Tu Tu (or Go Go) ballet toddler doll wearing the original tagged tutu 'Rare' is an over-used term on eBay these days, but this doll hardly ever comes up for auction. A gorgeous 8-inch toddler doll made by Virga for Schiaparelli, wearing an original tagged Schiaparelli tutu. Created especially by the couturier Elsa Schiaparelli in 1956 as a shrewd response to the success of Effanbee's interpretations of her work. A lovely little doll - very cute and in decent vintage condition, but please do keep in mind that this is a vintage item and has been well-loved and played with in the past. A nice bit of couture history but definitely not one for the mint collector. Hard plastic body and rooted vinyl head (which is marked Virga), her toes are en pointe as becomes a little ballerina. The tutu is in good vintage order and retains the original rhinestoes and the little spray of flowers on the bodice.
